1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using preSegment (“we,” “us,” “our,” available at presegment.pages.dev and its associated domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 13 years old, as required by our onboarding process.
2. Related Policies
These Terms incorporate by reference our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy]. By using preSegment, you also agree to those policies.
3. Accounts & Authentication
- Accounts are created exclusively through Google Sign-In via our Fox Authentication system. We do not support email/password accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account linked to your preSegment account.
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding (username, date of birth) and keep it up to date via your account settings.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Accounts page, which requires Google re-authentication for security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Choose a username containing offensive, abusive, or prohibited language
- Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or exploit our authentication or session systems
- Use automated means to create accounts or scrape data from the service
- Misrepresent your age or identity
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks (including “preSegment” and “Fox Authentication” branding), and software on this site are owned by preSegment and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
6. Service Availability
preSegment is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. No Fees Currently
preSegment is currently offered free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, updated terms covering billing and refunds will be provided before any charges apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, preSegment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users accessing the service from the EU or California retain the rights described in our Privacy Policy under GDPR and CCPA respectively, which take precedence where mandated by local law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of preSegment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Who We Are
preSegment is based India. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and Fox Authentication service.

We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google via Firebase Auth.
3. How We Use Your Data

4. Third Parties We Use
- Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore database) — processes your sign-in and stores your username/DOB
- Google Sign-In — handles authentication; we never see or store your Google password
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts our website and serves content via CDN
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data (username, DOB) for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, this data is permanently removed from our Firestore database. Session cookies expire on logout or automatically if tampering is detected.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data (editable directly on your Accounts page)
- Delete your account and associated data (available directly on your Accounts page, or by request)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability (EU/GDPR users)
- Opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information (California/CCPA users — note: we do not sell data)

7. Children’s Privacy
preSegment requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
If you access preSegment from the EU or California, additional rights under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA apply as described above and take precedence over conflicting provisions of this policy where legally required.
9. Security
We use Firebase’s industry-standard security infrastructure and implement session tamper-detection — if your session cookie is altered or doesn’t match your authenticated state, you are automatically logged out as a protective measure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date.
